Prof Heike Winschiers-Theophilus, is a Professor in Software Development and UNESCO Chair for Digital Technology Design with Indigenous People. She collaborates with Namibian indigenous minorities in community-based co-design of technologies in an effort to safeguard and revitalize Indigenous Knowledge systems, aiming for alternative and inclusive learning ecologies while enriching established research paradigms with indigenous knowledges.
