Hafeni Mthoko is the co-founder of NurtureID8 (www.nurtureid8.net) and a member of faculty at the IIE Varsity College. She has experience in monitoring and evaluating ICTD-related interventions in rural contexts. She has a particular interest in exploring mentorship approaches to better support aspiring researchers.
